Go For Manipal if you have inuff money in your pocket
If you belongs to medium class family then join LPU bcoz here you defenitely got scholarship and fees is very less compare to other colleges and l tell you one truth about colleges all the enginerring college have 3.5 -4 lakh avg package so plz my suggestion is that don't think about placement because its depend totally in uu soo chooss your intrest and in your budget college and go for it
