Dear Aspirant,

According to me you should first prefer you interest,that in which field you want to build your career. And if you have equal interest tha I shoul prefer that you should go with better branch instead of better college.

though i m interested in cse but i feel losing nit tag if avoiding nit nagpur/surat due my liking branch.
