AITS Hyderabad facilities are provided to all the students and faculties living and studying on the the institute's campus. The AITS Hyderabad facilities include library, transport facility, sports facility and many others. AITS Hyderabad library is spread over a area of 500 square meters with a collection of wide variety of national and international journals. AITS Hyderabad facilities also include a Microsoft Innovation Centre.

Boys Hostel
The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Girls Hostel
The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Medical/Hospital
The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
Library
The library of the Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences was established on 14.06.1998 with 2384 volumes of Text Books, Reference Books of various titles under Annamacharya Educational Trust, Rajampet. The library rules and regulations are set by the Librarian and Library Advisory Committee on the basic nature of the institution, type of users, and collection. The main purpose of these rules is to safeguard the common interest of all users and to enable the library to carry out its functions as efficiently as possible, failure to observe these rules leads to the cancellation of the membership.
Sports
The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Cafeteria
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.

The college has a good networking for an alumni association.

College having good infrastructure like Central library,digital library and department librarys for every depatment of the college.And having big play ground and also indoor play area,Mini Hospital and Stationary shop.

this college have good infrastructure such as clinic,indoor stadium,outerstadium,aits store for stationery,Ncc for Girls and canteen having good food with resanobal prices.Class with Digital boards ,Library having thousands of books and also digital library.
