36 MonthsPh.D. programme shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
60% Marks or a minimum CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale in relevant program in M.E./M.Tech.M.Phil. (Candidates with MCA degree are not eligible for the PhD program of the University)
