The college has all the necessary infrastructure . The classrooms, sports complex, gym are fully equipped. Mess food is par with occasional good days. The lectures are mostly taken through projectors.
I am pursuing BTech, computer science, and engineering. The college teaching prepares the student enough to go and explore things by themselves. The curriculum is one of the best in India. The academic departments also take good steps to make sure the students are industry ready
The average package of the college has seen a constant rise since the first batch and is set to go even higher. There have been some outstanding off-campus placements in the recent batches too. You can expect the placement numbers to increase exponentially for the next few years
College infrastructure is really amazing. It is very well maintained. Classrooms and laboratories are fully air-conditioned. Both indoor and outdoor basketball and tennis courts are there. Well equipped gym with instructor facilities are provided. There is WiFi available throughout the campus.
All the faculty members are really friendly and are always eager to help. They are experts in their fields. All the updated and in demand subjects are taught. We have projects in each semester to prepare us for industries.
Although the university is new, still it is growing at an exponential rate. The average package for CSE department is increasing with every passing year. It is currently at an average of 9 lacs per annum. University also has a placement cell which guides students with the placement programme.
well, the college is fairly new so its infrastructure is good and it was overall designed with accommodating nature and free space along with it, currently, new blocks are being built for the upcoming batches. the only problem that we faced was the long mess line if all the students show up at the same time.
the overall academics provided by the college are good, the professors are knowledgeable in their respective fields. Sometimes the lab work feels tedious but overall the syllabus curriculum covers all the points that we need to learn.
according to college's official site, its showing placement of approx 8 lakh this year and 7 the year before, but when I asked my seniors, they said that the no are Lil hiked up compared to real placement offers, but still good placement compared to its competitions while keeping
Academic block are made very well. Computer labs are of very high quality which includes Mac lab. College also has its own Nvidia Supercomputer which is a very unique in its kind. Other labs like physics, chemistry are also equipped with modern equipments. Classrooms are also well maintained and equipped with tech for convenient learning. Apart from academics overall campus is well maintained with sports facility and dedicated grounds for football and cricket.
Offline experience of learning in campus is very good as all the faculties were supportive and the curriculum was also well designed. Lab session were also engaging. But online experience was average as the burden was increased and learning experience was hampered.
I think the university is good for placements in CSE Department only as per now. The placement cell are getting more and more active now a days and always keeping students aware of new opportunities. The average package for B Tech is 8.6 LPA as of 2021.
Campus is well maintained and is clean overall. The students enjoy sitting in cafeteria and open grounds. Night life is good. Cultural events like Euphoria, Bluemoon and other various club events were engaging and well organised.
The college is well equipped with all sort of modern amenities. Punch in attendance , fully AC campus, clean spaces with proper seating arrangements and a good WiFi campus. All the furniture and stuff is in good condition. Gym, football ground, squash court, badminton court , basketball court and Tennis court are well maintained. Food is good but sometimes its not up to mark like you know nothing is better than maa's food. Hostel is good .
i'm a Btech Student and i feel this is a really nice place to study. Professors are cooperative so you can call, text or ping them up at whatever time you wish to and they will surely help you. Its a place full of opportunities and its upto ypu how much you grab.
I don't know much about placements as i have just finished my 2nd year. i don't have idea regarding the same. but more or less it depends on students capability . So if you are above average you will definitely be placed. As there are many tech/IT companies nearby.
It costs around 1.75L per Semester and if you can afford it so definitely its good. i feel its a bit too pricy but education is good so no regret.
Campus life is so so. if you are the one who want to join clg just for fun and bunk clg and roam here n there this place isn't for you. it has a attendance system installed at gate where you have to punch each time when you move in and out from campus and your parents/guardian receive a message regarding the same. Clg has few on-campus hangout places such as Maggi Hotspot, Kathi Junction and 2-3 more.. Sports Facility are decent like sometimes it may become too crowdy but ya overall its good.
The buildings are well structured and and are constructed near to the spaces which makes it easier to move from one class to another and conserves time. The amenities are well maintained are kept clean in accordance on daily basis.
The courses taught semester wise includes depth analysis and practical uses in day to day life. The primary focus is not only on r=the basic education but also the emphasis on research projects. Overall the curriculum is well structured.
The quality of placements is wholesome which includes every tier of companies from Startups to MNCs. The ratio of placements is also very well distributed of around 80-85%. Avg. salary offered is around 4-5 lacs p.a. and highest salary offered was 40 lacs p.a.
The course cost is 1.75 lacs per year but it may vary due to pandemic. My cost includes no hostel charges due to pandemic plus additional scholarship of around 30-40%. Considering it a private college, it may seems to be a liitle bit expensive for the course cost per year.
College Life is pretty good. I was involved in various activities in college and have joined many various clubs to get the experience about any field available. The staff is pretty interactive and they have the understanding of concepts and courses.
What it feels like when your are standing ahead of a big 4 or 5-star hotel. Doesn't it feel amazing? The same is in our case, the great and lavish structure of academic buildings and hostels just create a different vibe than usual. Wide-open grounds, a 2 big hall like sports complexes, fully equiped laboratories, well maintained and ventilated classrooms, liberty to play and practise for almost ever sport. Administrative and Acadmeinc buildings looks like we entered in a huge corporate building.
I am a Computer Science student, so no more worries from using bad and ill-maintained electronics as this university provides as much as it can, and it shows. As, labs and classrooms are the way we call them as smart rooms, with multimedia, marker boards. Assistants, and Professors are there all time to guide through. PC's are mainly of DELL or a bonus rooms we say where all APPLE MACs are which can't be seen in other colleges. Updated and revised syllabus with modern technologies and techniques
Placements are a bit on an average side, I would say. University isn't that old we can say, but the way it has influenced its reputation that after couple of years many major companies would be an annual regular guest/recruiter to our college. Average salary till now is around 7 lacs.
Tution fees and other charges are a bit high, I am paying around 4,75,000/year. But as per as factors like education, infrastructure, facilities as concerned, I would not bother much about fees.
Campus life depends on preson to person. As per my knowledge college contriut less in this factor, but as per the satisfaction and pleasure I love being in this college, good freinds, good faculty, amazing facility, incredible education and stupendous 4-year life would be over just as fast as our blinking speed.
Bennett University has well designed and equipped infrastructure. It has every possible resource from a pen to supercomputers. As far as hygiene is concerned, the campus is very hygienic. It has medical center which is available 24/7. Classrooms and sports facilities are up to the mark.
I'm a computer science engineering student. According to me, the quality of teaching is not very satisfactory although the professors are highly qualified and they try their best for us. Doubt sessions are there which can help us clearing our doubts and that proves to be helpful to us. I think the syllabus pattern is good plus there is competitive programming which really helps in placements.
The details about placement is not very clear to me. But according to website and social media, the quality of the placement is average. The placement depends upon the student's performance though. The average salary offered is 8.6 lakhs which is quite good.
The fee for the program is 1,75,000 per semester but I've got 50% scholarship.
Bennett university is newly constructed in the year 2016, anywhere we go in the campus we are surrounded by modular functionalities. Pure veg food available in the mess. Sports complex is very beautiful and equipped with games like football, basketball, also gym. Every student gets 6gb data everyday.
Most teachers here are PhD scholars. Whether online or offline teachers teach what they have to and also are ready to help students in whatever way possible. Even during this pandemic situation, teachers makes it possible for us to get a thorough knowledge of their subjects. Yes curriculum is up to date, every new year they change the curriculum for the new-comers. This happens following what is more important to study with the flow.
Since it's a new university, in the stream of cse in which I have been enrolled only got their first batch out. The Placements are good. AVG SALARY offered is 7 lacks. College is very supportive and help the deserving candidates to perform their best.
My cource costs 5 lacks per year including the hostel charges. Tution fee is 3.5 lacks per annum. It's quite costly but ok. I am 70 percent satisfied with what I am paying for. Quality of education is 80 percent satisfactory.
It's really fun enjoying in the campus. We get free by 5:30pm in the evening and there on we have many things to do. I like playing basketball with my friends and never ending walks were the best part before the pandemic.
It's a really good college. I wasn't able to clear my jee so it was the best college I can go into at time.
The infrastructure of the university a big plus point. the campus size is 68 acres, which is not fully functional. the classrooms are advanced and fully air conditioned with podiums, projectors and fingerprint attendance. the library is tech savvy too. The hostels although fully air conditioned have small rooms and communal washroom. Sports complex has a gym, swimming pool and various courts for squash, basketball and crickets.
Academics in general is good, with peers ranging from competitive to lax. The general expectation from faculty is that they are at best going to provide excellent guidance and feedback. Most of them are IIT graduates or former teachers there. The curriculum of the university is the major reason I decided to choose this university. We also have a Bennett hatchery where like minded people from different disciplines come together to work on startup ideas.
According to the latest placement stats of 2017-2021, 2 students bagged a package of 30 lakhs from amazon, another for 28 lakhs. There were some students who got placed for 25lakhs at service now and others for 20 lakhs at comm vault. average package was around 6.59 lakhs for btech cse. I am not sure if the placements were off or on campus but some good companies do visit campus. the placement cell is active and provides us regular guidance.
Overall it's fine. They provide you with every facility. Exposure is great. The fees is just too expensive. I feel a little more is needed to be done to justify the expenses students incur. Other than that they provide handful of scholarships to meritorious students during admissions. I am day scholar and I have to pay mandatory sports charges (26000 INR/year) although I am not in the campus to play games.
Campus life is very vibrant clubs and event occur all year long. Other than that they have fests like zenevia and euphoria. There's not much gender segregation and the campus is safe. The students are required to be in their hostels by 11 pm though. And please don't be a day scholar here. Just not worth it, the college makes sure to make them enough uncomfortable so that they have no option but to join hostel.
Based on Bennett University's 2024 JEE Main cutoffs, admission to B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) requires high percentiles. For CSE, a JEE Main percentile of 90 or above is typically needed, while AI programs may require a percentile of 85 or higher. With a 51% score, admission to these programs is unlikely. However, other engineering branches like Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Biotechnology have lower cutoff requirements, often accepting percentiles around 60 or even lower. Additionally, non-engineering courses such as BBA, BCA, and BA Journalism consider Class 12 scores and may offer alternative admission pathways. It's advisable to explore these options to align with your academic profile and avoid unnecessary expenses
