You can do MA Social Work from DU.
Admission to the Department of Social Work is open to both men and women who meet the eligibility criteria in accordance with academic qualifications listed below:

a) Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent (under the 10+2+3 year) in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.

b) Candidates with B.A. (Honours) Social Work with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University.

c) Candidates appearing in the final year examination of the Bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply subject to the qualifications listed above.

Admission will be given on the basis of entrance test and interview.

I don't think it is possible now as you see mid semester had come. If you want to change then wait for next year. See, if you was not okay with this university you have to withdraw it after one month of your admission  as university gives you time to change now i don't think it would be possible . I would suggest to study well  and get good GPA so that you will not face problem in changing college.

B.Sc Agriculture is a four year duration course at Bundelkhand University. Selection for the admission to the course is done on the basis of Entrance test conducted by the University.
We do not have previous year entrance exam question papers for the Agriculture course as of now. You can ask if you have any other query.

You must contact your college authorities and write an application to them requesting for marksheet and passing certificate, without the marksheet you might face issues while applying for admission to pursue higher studies or a job.
