Bundelkhand University (BU Jhansi),  Jhansi is one of the best universities in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India ,it was established in the year of 1975 Deemed university and approved by  UGC and AICTE and Accreditation by NAAC ‘B++’ . The university offers 104 different Professional, Technical, Vocational, and Research Programs. • Library :

The Central Library has a rich collection of over 1,48,302 books, 7311 e-journals, 846 volumes, 1893 theses, and 812 CDs. The library has a total of 10 sections including a computer lab.

• Hostels :

The university has 2 hostels for girls namely Jhalkari Bai Girls' hostel and the P.G. Women's Hostel that can accommodate 300 and 150 students respectively. The Lord Buddha PG Boys can take in about 150 students approximately. There is a separate hostel for faculty members and research scholars. All the hostels possess ample security, furnishings, power supply, hygienic water, and telephones.

• Computer Center :

The departmental computer labs equipped with more than 500 computer systems with an internet facility comprising 1Gbps NKN Link and 45 Mbps backup link.

• Bundelkhand University International Centre :

This is the Bundelkhand University International Centre (BUIC) & University Guest House. The accommodation unit of this complex comprises of 4 premium suites and 20 air-conditioned rooms for guests.

• Auditorium & Conference Halls :

It organizes conferences, cultural events, symposiums, and seminars are held on a regular basis. It is the most important constitute.

Placements

The university provides placement opportunities to the students. It organizes pre-placement activities like mock interviews, seminars, workshops, expert talks, conferences to boost confidence among the students for the final placement drive. The cell has the latest technology-enabled with a computer lab for online assessment. BU Jhansi has placed a number of students with various reputed companies and organizations. Some of them are Genpact, Eris Lifesciences, Singsys Pvt Ltd,  Edubridge India Pvt Ltd, Axis Bank, Just Dial, HDFC Bank, Tech Mahindra, Azim Premji Foundation, NCL Industries, etc with minimum package of 3.5 lpa but it will depends upon your skills .

see bundlekhand university gives admission based on category A or category B , now category A courses admission is based on entrance exam score.

science faculty, agricultural faculty, medical faculty and technical and management courses is based on entrance test scores. bsc nursing is falls under category A, so you need to appear in entrance test conducts by the university to get admission in bsc nursing course.

There will be an entrance exam for BSc Nursing at Bundelkhand's university. The last date to register is 25th June 2020. The exam will be in the month of July 2020. Keep a track on the official website for more updates.

Candidates who have passed their +2 level of examination in science stream with biology from any recognized board will be eligible for this course. Selection will be based on Entrance Examination & Merit Basis.

Yes Bundelkhand University is offering BA in Journalism  and Mass communication this year , the admission process is Direct and students with any discipline in 10+2 can apply for this. There are a total of 60 seats which are available for admission.

Bundelkhand University, Jhansi offers admission to Bachelor of Science in Agriculture through University Entrance Test. There are 120 seats for this course. The eligibility criteria is that the candidate should have passed 10+2 in Science or Bio group with 45% in aggregate. Maximum age limit for general candidates is 21 years and for OBC/SC/ST - 23 yrs from a recognized university.

The syllabus consists of two parts. Section 1: General Knowledge, Numerical Aptitude, Language and Computer basics. Section 2: Subject knowledge.

Bundelkhan University doesn't offer BSc in Environmental Science, but it does offer MSc Environmental Science.

It offers BSc in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Home Science and BSc (Hons) in Forensic Science, Agriculture, Geology,Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Food Technology

Some of the top colleges which offer BSc Environmental Science are St Xavier's Ahmedabad, Fergusson College(Pune), Mount Carmel College(Bangalore), CSJM University(Kanpur), Amity University(Noida )etc to name a few.

Bundelkhanda University is a state university in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh and Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology is a government Engineering College in Jhansi,Uttar Pradesh.

There is NO LINK between BIET and Bundelkhanda University the only link is they are in same city.

For B.tech BIET is far better than BU.BIET is among top 3 UPSEE government Engineering Colleges.
