Central University of Andhra Pradesh placement programme is designed to provide students with opportunities to secure rewarding careers by connecting them with top companies across various industries. The Placement Cell played a key role in organising a workshop titled “Campus to Corporate: Life Skills Colloquium” as part of the Central University of Andhra Pradesh placement initiatives. As per the NIRF 2025 report, 12 undergraduates in 2023-24 secured placements with a Central University of Andhra Pradesh median salary of Rs 3,50,000.
The programme focused on essential skills such as resume preparation, soft skills, ethics and professionalism, email netiquette, personality development, self-confidence, self-motivation, problem-solving, and stress management at Central University of Andhra Pradesh. These sessions helped students prepare effectively for the professional world and strengthened the overall CUAP Placement process. The Central University of Andhra Pradesh, Anantapur placement activities were further enriched by visits from reputed companies such as PWC, Asian Paints, TCS, AstraGen, Data Marshall, Eenadu, Planet Spark, Ramoji Film City, Noble Institute of Communicative English, English Edge, and ViRaj Tech.

University is new and there is no placement cell in campus . However 10-15% students get placement after getting degree in different institutions, especially in Ramoji Film city . Average salary has been offered to placed students is 20000 . Most of the placed students are from vocational courses .

About 50% of students got placed for the retail management department. I also got many offers but I chose to study MBA to upskill myself. The average package offered is 4 lacks per annum. The internship and training is so good that it makes an individual ready for the industry. Companies like Jio Mart, Pantaloons , Infosys, etc. came for recrutiement.

My experience was good it has hostel facilities.
Placements
As it is new so there is very less placement. It is newly built central university it has no own campus and building there a lack of thing still to be improved. It will take few year for the availability of placements facilities in campus.
