HBSU boys hostel has spacious rooms with attached bathrooms and all the necessary amenities and facilities such as hot/cold water facilities, geyser, and spacious rooms with bathrooms, study tables, beds, and almirah.

The college also has a girls hostel with facilities similar to that of boys hostel. A warden and a security guard are also available for the security and routine maintenance of the hostel.
