yes, we have all the facilities within the campus like wifi, canteen, atm, smart boards projectors everything is there. the campus is very small but its actually good you don't have to walk a lot or take a Scooty or bus to reach the class from hostel. Almost everyone gets hostel accommodation, some things are bad about hostel is like washroom and all i think that is common every university. the campus is very lush green.
I would rate academics as average because not all professors take seriously the study only few from English department others are like they don't care. You have to focus on your studies on your own. Yes it includes the recent developments in the curriculum. but other departments like linguistics and Masscommunication are really good.
you will receive many on campus placements mostly for the role of english teachers, they are private international schools they don't care about BEd but they also recruit from our english departments student if they find them suitable for the post. My friend got placed with a starting salary of 30k per month.
absolutely.
The University is very well maintained. It provides Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Arts (MA) and PHD degree. It has a Foreign Language Building with multiple departments including european languages, asian and arab languages. The classes have smart boards. The University has one library, namely Ramesh Mohan Library which is accessible to all the students/teachers. It has one more Academic Block (NAB) where the other language sciences, literary studies and interdisciplinary studies take place. Apart from that it has 2 hostels for women, 1 for men and 2 other for international students (men and women seperately). The University also has one Sportshall where both indoor and outdoor games are played.
I have been pursuing BA German Hons. The Professors are helpful and they try to provide the best quality of teaching. The University conducts internal examinations and one final examination by the end of each semester. All the years of graduation helps the student to get ready for a job.
So far there were only few placements made for certain departments like chinese, french, italian and german. Only a few percentage of students were placed last year. The highest salary was offered to all these departments with 6.25 pa. The placement process depends on the student particularly, whether the student is prepared or not.
The cost of course per year depends on each student. My cost is around 2.5k which I feel is quite affordable for students. I do feel that my money is worth investing in such a programme because it gives me the quality of education which I want for my future studies too.
My University campus is neither that big nor too small. It provides a good shared space for everyone. It also has one canteen and one general store within the campus. The students here celebrate different types of festivals together and create a very fun and friendly environment for everyone. There is also one lawn and park which is accessible to all the students, teachers and quarter people. At night also the University is quite safe for students because there are several security guards at different places of the University. The location of the University is also great and there is a nearest metro station too.
So far my experience has been great and enjoyable.
EFLU university hass all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. We have 3 gyms one for girls, another for boys and one international. The whole campus has wifi connection and the classes have traditional boards and projectors. Which you will use during presentation. It conducts national international conferences every other monther from all the department. We have an indoor sports stadium.
The linguistic department is considered best among all others. We have regular classes and the teachers are very punctual and they will help you throughout the course. The course curriculum is updated and it includes all the recent developments in the field. The course will overall develop your knowledge and you will be qualified enough to get a job if you study well.
The placements are good at our college as it brings all the good schools like many reputed international schools, the highest package was around 4 to 4.5 lakhs. And the recruiters does not ask for any bEd or something they will simply hire you if you have potential.
Excellent
The University campus has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Wifi, smart boards, 24×7 reading room and computer labs, Amphitheatre etc are available. They are well maintained. The living space and food is acceptable.
I am studying Japanese. The quality of teaching is good however improvements can be made. Since my batch is the first batch after implementation of NEP, many experiments were done on us. Some were good, some were not. But I believe for the future batches it would be even better than us.
All my seniors were placed somewhere or the other. Some went to Japan, some were placed in IT sector and so on. I can comment more on this after a few months since I haven't been in that situation yet.
It's pretty affordable. The room rent is 250 per month and includes electricity and water. Mess bill is separate and can cost upto 3-4 thousand per month. Semester fee can also cost upto 2-3 thousand.
The campus life is pretty good. There are no time limits. It's cool because there are many trees. Summers can be a bit difficult to handle, but everything is bearable.
The college infrastructure is pretty great. Its small compared to other universities but it's green and also. All facilities are there like proper classrooms, Hostels, library, gym, canteen, parks etc.
Our college provides pretty good curriculum and also a friendly nature with the faculties. As I'm studying german there is a proper guidance from the professors. Proper updation of curriculum is there in my course.
Placement cell is active and also gives proper feedback. It depends on the students ability placement offers are always there but it's the students ability to achieve it. I think 40,000 is the starting range.
Absolutely
It's great
The college have most of the facilities it's just a bit slow if u need something. Yeah they provide wifi, computer labs and reading rooms that too 24*7. Yes our living space are clean akkas come and clean but don't except it to been clean all the time because they're will be some crack head students who are not potty trained by their parents. Rest its good
It's a okok situation i would say my department is chill our teachers don't put pressure on us but they also complete the syllabus on time. I don't think whatever you study in classroom will help you to get you job hahaha
They don't provide placements for korean language students. Wth???? I told you they don't give us placements so how I'll write 200 worlds for that omg other departments night say something on it but not me
Yes ofc it's a value for money cause it's a government university ofc it's cheap it's costs me around 60k to live without pain for 1 yr
Small campus chill life I don't interact with much people so for me it's chill.
I'm glad i came here
College infrastructure could certainly be improved however as of now, it's alright. However the no textbook policy inside the library is inconvenient. Hostels need more working washing machines and geysers. The lifts should be more well maintained We have wifi all over the campus Living spaces are clean except for few unhygienic individuals.
Due to the low exceptance rate, the teachings are easy to understand. Yes. curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. Yes, it teaches us real life skills and gets us job ready with participation in activities.
Placement totally depends on your personal achievements. The quality of the placements have been okaish. Good number of students were placed.
The course is pretty affordable
With the right set of friends, the campus life is enjoyable. The college feels pretty safe.
Infrastructure at The English and Foreign Languages University Hyderabad is good in compared to other central university of India . From roads to the hostel rooms are quiet okay in compared to other university. The only problem faced by the students are WiFi and Water shortage during summer because of lower water level.
The academics at The English and Foreign Languages University Hyderabad is good . The faculties here are well qualified and teachers top priority is to make every children knowledgeable currently I am pursuing my degree in Korean and Korean top faculties are too good.
Talking about placement at campus in The English and Foreign Languages University Hyderabad is not up to mark . The Administration doesn't take it seriously calling companies to the campuses students needs to go off campus and find jobs. The only fault is repeatedly taking place is the campus placement.
Ya , The English and Foreign Languages University Hyderabad is exactly value gor money. The fees here too affordable for everyone and quality of study is good and basic necessities are the top priority.
Campus life at The English and Foreign Languages University is Average not too good not too bad basically depends on the student how they see it and how they adapt it , just keep on complaining won't work .
The campus is nice and cozy, it has well maintained security, infrastructure, also the hostels are quite nice. Has good professor and environment is quiet friendly. Mess food is also good. But sometimes the campus feels very small but other than that its good
I'm studying BA Japanese, I always wanted to study a skill and learning a new language is a skill as well. By pursuing this course it makes me job- ready no matter what the field is. The curriculum are up to dates
While other departments do get to participate in campus placement, our departments doesn't, there should be campus placement for Japanese department as well. But we do interact with lot of new companies that wants to build there business in india
As it is a central government university it is totally inexpensive in comparison to other private university and academic centers that provides foreign language course. It cost around 24,000 per year but that to only for mess bill.
Campus life is nice and cozy, there are no curfew, you can roam around the campus at whatever time you like, security is topnotch. Each hostel has 24/7 security guards. There are grounds, sports complex, many gardens and separated gyms, canteen apart from hostel mess, xerox shop and pharmacy as well, there is a health centre as well.
The campus is great
The overall infrastructure is pretty decent and meets all the basic requirements. However, some departments have well equipped classrooms, while the others look ancient. The technology and maintenance needs a huge upgrade. Need to work on hygiene too.
Really good and qualified professors. For Japanese, we have staff from Japan so it also creates an environment where students can interact and learn more than what they'd be able to with just Indian teachers.
You'll be well equipped for future prospects by the team you graduate and will be able to secure a well paying job fairly easily. A lot of my seniors have secured good jobs and some of them have even moved to Japan.
If you're serious about learning languages, this university is a good pick
Hello aspirant
Rules and regulations are strictly follwed in girls hostel. You are not allowed to go out but if your parents visit your city or if they have come to meet you and staying in hotel then you will be allowed to stay with them for Saturday and Sunday. You can go out with them. I know about bits Goa. There is huge campus mess is in another building , food and meals are provided with time table if you get late you will be going to miss the meal and canteen is open whole day for that you have to pay extra . On sundays you will be given special menu like pizza or food of your choice . No outside food is allowed.
In the first year you will share room with your roommate and from second year you will have separate room.
