The college have most of the facilities it's just a bit slow if u need something. Yeah they provide wifi, computer labs and reading rooms that too 24*7. Yes our living space are clean akkas come and clean but don't except it to been clean all the time because they're will be some crack head students who are not potty trained by their parents. Rest its good
It's a okok situation i would say my department is chill our teachers don't put pressure on us but they also complete the syllabus on time. I don't think whatever you study in classroom will help you to get you job hahaha
They don't provide placements for korean language students. Wth???? I told you they don't give us placements so how I'll write 200 worlds for that omg other departments night say something on it but not me
Yes ofc it's a value for money cause it's a government university ofc it's cheap it's costs me around 60k to live without pain for 1 yr
Small campus chill life I don't interact with much people so for me it's chill.
I'm glad i came here
College infrastructure could certainly be improved however as of now, it's alright. However the no textbook policy inside the library is inconvenient. Hostels need more working washing machines and geysers. The lifts should be more well maintained We have wifi all over the campus Living spaces are clean except for few unhygienic individuals.
Due to the low exceptance rate, the teachings are easy to understand. Yes. curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. Yes, it teaches us real life skills and gets us job ready with participation in activities.
Placement totally depends on your personal achievements. The quality of the placements have been okaish. Good number of students were placed.
The course is pretty affordable
With the right set of friends, the campus life is enjoyable. The college feels pretty safe.
Infrastructure at The English and Foreign Languages University Hyderabad is good in compared to other central university of India . From roads to the hostel rooms are quiet okay in compared to other university. The only problem faced by the students are WiFi and Water shortage during summer because of lower water level.
The academics at The English and Foreign Languages University Hyderabad is good . The faculties here are well qualified and teachers top priority is to make every children knowledgeable currently I am pursuing my degree in Korean and Korean top faculties are too good.
Talking about placement at campus in The English and Foreign Languages University Hyderabad is not up to mark . The Administration doesn't take it seriously calling companies to the campuses students needs to go off campus and find jobs. The only fault is repeatedly taking place is the campus placement.
Ya , The English and Foreign Languages University Hyderabad is exactly value gor money. The fees here too affordable for everyone and quality of study is good and basic necessities are the top priority.
Campus life at The English and Foreign Languages University is Average not too good not too bad basically depends on the student how they see it and how they adapt it , just keep on complaining won't work .
The campus is nice and cozy, it has well maintained security, infrastructure, also the hostels are quite nice. Has good professor and environment is quiet friendly. Mess food is also good. But sometimes the campus feels very small but other than that its good
I'm studying BA Japanese, I always wanted to study a skill and learning a new language is a skill as well. By pursuing this course it makes me job- ready no matter what the field is. The curriculum are up to dates
While other departments do get to participate in campus placement, our departments doesn't, there should be campus placement for Japanese department as well. But we do interact with lot of new companies that wants to build there business in india
As it is a central government university it is totally inexpensive in comparison to other private university and academic centers that provides foreign language course. It cost around 24,000 per year but that to only for mess bill.
Campus life is nice and cozy, there are no curfew, you can roam around the campus at whatever time you like, security is topnotch. Each hostel has 24/7 security guards. There are grounds, sports complex, many gardens and separated gyms, canteen apart from hostel mess, xerox shop and pharmacy as well, there is a health centre as well.
The campus is great
The overall infrastructure is pretty decent and meets all the basic requirements. However, some departments have well equipped classrooms, while the others look ancient. The technology and maintenance needs a huge upgrade. Need to work on hygiene too.
Really good and qualified professors. For Japanese, we have staff from Japan so it also creates an environment where students can interact and learn more than what they'd be able to with just Indian teachers.
You'll be well equipped for future prospects by the team you graduate and will be able to secure a well paying job fairly easily. A lot of my seniors have secured good jobs and some of them have even moved to Japan.
If you're serious about learning languages, this university is a good pick
The college infrastructure is quite good. Classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated, with projectors in most rooms. The library is well-stocked with academic and reference materials. Wi-Fi is available in the academic block. Hostel facilities are decent with basic amenities. Cleanliness is maintained across the campus.
Faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive. The syllabus is updated and relevant to current industry trends, especially for language and humanities courses. Teachers use both traditional and digital methods for teaching. Internal assessments and assignments are conducted regularly to keep students on track.
90%Placement opportunities are moderate, especially in humanities fields. Companies do come for internships and job roles related to content writing, translation, and research. However, core placements can be limited depending on the department. Students are encouraged to pursue higher studies or competitive exams as well
No,The course fee is very affordable compared to other universities, making it great value for money. The education quality, exposure to academic events, and access to language resources make the investment worthwhile
Nice,Campus life is vibrant. Cultural fests like HY-SAI offer opportunities to showcase talent and interact with students from other departments. There are various clubs and student-led events. The crowd is diverse, and most students are friendly and helpful. However, the campus could use more hangout spaces or a canteen upgrade.
All good about my universEFLU offers a strong academic foundation, especially for language and social science students. While placements might not be top-tier, the affordable fees, experienced faculty, and enriching campus life make it a great place to study.ity
There's all the necessary infrastructure and facilities that one may require. 24/7 computed lab, 24/7 reading room and a well stocked library, along with Sports Complex. The hostels are good and the food is okay too.
The academics is probably the attraction of this college. Foreign Languages have a lot of students because of the scope. Along with it, English is a good option for ones looking to study the language more. The literature department is good but the language department is stronger.
Foreign Languages students find good packages and are selected by top companies. There are placement interviews too. The placement is good if one is a diligent student and cares about their academics.
The courses are pretty affordable as it is a central university. Along with the course, we get a lot more facilities when living on campus which is great too. The sort of conferences and talks held at campus are highly valuable to a student looking to pursue research.
Campus life is great. If you find the right track to follow, it becomes quite fun. Sports complex offers good exposure, the library a good place for readers and also a ton of hangout spots to share ideas and mingle with friends and acquaintances.
Infrastructure is awesome. It's clean and green. Buildings are huge and spacious. Lovely atmosphere. Hostels are too good with all the facilities. Anyone can literally live a classy life in the campus. I can give 5 stars ????????????????????
Quality of teaching is arguably the best. Professor are not only good at teaching but also gentle and helpful towards students growth. I'm learning Japanese and japanese professor's are fantastic ????????????
As far as placement is concern, there are placement in few languages like german, italian, chinese. For Japanese you don't need placement as such, anyone having N3 degree will get a job easily. And most of students are earning good.
It's perhaps the most feasible foreign language university after JNU, it costs around 2k per semester. Mess fee is around 3.5k per month. So it can be said that it's cheapest. There is no question on value for money. It's simply the best
Campus is not located in hi-tech city. It's like countryside but everything is approachable. You can get anything there. It's calm and green. Not so noisy. Relatable environment. People are so good. Perfect for students.
Simply the best college if you wanna learn foreign language.
Eflu hyderabad offers strong language programs and also excellent for people opting masters. It has a decent library and a reading room open 24/7 with ac equipped. Classrooms are also pretty decent with smart boards. There are computer labs also available with fully functional ac. Eflu hyd has a huge sports complex and a jogger’s park for jogging and regular yoga classes. It also has different hostels for women and men amd also for international students. Hostels are pretty basic.
I would give 5 stars for academics as it has a excellent faculty offering various language peograms. The professors are very interactive and helpful. They make sure to complete their job nicely and honestly.
Eflu has decent placements with opportunties in teaching, translation and research. Companies like amazon come with job offers in eflu for language students. Overall it’s a good starting point for a career in languages.
EFLU offers great value for money with its affordable fees which is around 2k to 3k per semester. Language students can expect good roi after their undergraduate. Overall a good investment for students in pursuing language as i am a language student i only know about my course.
Eflu has a very lively and vibrant campus life. Although the campus is not very huge but that makes it more lively. Students can hangout whenever they want with no time restrictions or curfew whatsoever.
The Infrastructure is decent but the hostel condition is not upto the mark. There is water shortage every year during the summer and the mess good is decent at best. The campus is not big enough to go roaming a something, just good enough for an evening walk kinda.
Our Japanese department keep everything upto date, I feel like. Teachers are well versed, knowledgeable and friendly. We have extra curricular activities event during the month of March for the Japanese department where japanese people come and we get to learn a lot.
Placement scene is decent, we have some companies who come and recruit from campus but most of the students choose off campus as they get better package out there. Not to say we don't get good package but compared to outside it's less.
As a central university I don't think I need to mention about the "Value for Money" point . Everything is inexpensive, semester fees is like two thousand only and hostel fees is like three- four hundred. The mess bill fluctuates between 3-4000.
As a small university, there's not a lot of things to do but we have most of the facilities to not feel bored.
Hello aspirant
Rules and regulations are strictly follwed in girls hostel. You are not allowed to go out but if your parents visit your city or if they have come to meet you and staying in hotel then you will be allowed to stay with them for Saturday and Sunday. You can go out with them. I know about bits Goa. There is huge campus mess is in another building , food and meals are provided with time table if you get late you will be going to miss the meal and canteen is open whole day for that you have to pay extra . On sundays you will be given special menu like pizza or food of your choice . No outside food is allowed.
In the first year you will share room with your roommate and from second year you will have separate room.
