24 MonthsThe University offers a two-year full time MBA. Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship and Operations are offered as specializations. Learning during the program happens both in classrooms and beyond it. Our pedagogy is distinct and different from other MBA programs in India. We believe in case study method and research based projects; not just rote learning. Our students are kept on their toes with presentations and learning happens through group discussions, simulations and other pedagogical innovations. Our program is a living network of ideas – one that challenges students to think rigorously and encourages them to put their thinking into action.
Eligibility Criteria
The minimum eligibility to apply to FLAME University’s postgraduate programs is the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a university / institution recognized by the UGC or equivalent bodies with a minimum score of 50% in aggregate or an equivalent grade (CGPA/ CPI/ etc.). Candidates in their final year of bachelor’s degree program can also apply, provided they can produce the final year degree certificate / mark sheet before 30th September. Admission of such a candidate shall be strictly provisional till s/he submits a valid proof of passing the Bachelor’s degree examination with required percentage of marks before the prescribed last date, failing which the admission shall automatically stand withdrawn without any further notice.
- Test scores in any of the following national level tests conducted in the current year – *CAT (conducted by IIMs)/ MAT/ **XAT/ CMAT/NMAT/MH-CET or ***GMAT.
(* IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program
** XLRI has no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program
*** GMAT scores are valid for 5 years. Please ensure that your scores are valid till the date of enrollment specified in the schedule. )

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the current mode of studying is online. Since we could not be on campus, a virtual tour was arranged for all of us to get to know the campus. The university has one of the biggest libraries, and it is stocked with books from various fields. Sports centres, auditoriums and lecture halls are one of a kind.

One of the reasons I took admission in FLAME over the other colleges was because of its infrastructure. It is a truly well-built college with all possible campus amenities for the staff and students as well. The library, the sports complex, the hostel, these are some things that I'm eagerly waiting to SEE. Due to the pandemic, things have been online for over a year but I'm sure it will be worth it once the campus starts offline.

The University has 24/7 Wi-Fi services, running water, hot water for bathing etc., there are multiple classrooms which are spacious with huge projectors and ACs in all of them. The Library has a cafe and has 3 floors decked with books with proper seating areas perfect for studying. The mess is of 2 floors, with a diverse menu ranging from every cuisine, along with that there are 4 cafes on campus. There is a 24/7 ambulance on campus to take one to and fro from the medical room.
