Its a liberal arts college and the acads are as such . Very flexible but rigourous. I am doing my mba right now now . The teachers and the quality of teaching is pretty good. The curriculum is regularly updated to reflect the changing times ,methodologies and advent of new technologies with intgrated feedbacks from students and faculty.
College Infra
my college is amazing , it has the best infra,facilities and equipment for overall holistic growth of a person. from sports to education to networking oppurtunities and exposure,it is worldclass. The campus is super modern ,clean and aesthetic . The classrooms labs sports complex everything is TOP notch.
Campus Life
college campus ,infra,teachers , support staff, facilities everthing is near perfect . Nearly all sports available , something or the other cocurricular keeps happening- events ,fests ,competitions ,olympiads . Location is on a hill a lil away from city so that might be the only problem - going to the city takes some travel but campus has a shuttle service and buses leave almsot every hour and carry you to and fro.
Placements
Since its a relatively new college the placement quality can definately improve . college has a good placement rate for people opting in and average is around 10 lakh after mba. I havent gone thru the process because i finished my first year but according to seniors its not complex or unpleasant .
Value For Money
my course costs 10 lakh per year and i think i am definately getting my moneys worth. My priorities are to grow as a person , grow existing skills ,learn new ones get exposure and to build a network and all of this is getting fulfilled.

Academics
Your assignments, papers being part of the class, mid-terms and finals all matter. There is not one exam that decides how your semester goes. This is great for some students. It really stresses out other students all the time because you never really get to stop thinking about it.
The grades you get can sometimes seem like they are not fair in classes about humanities where they ask you to think about things and make a case for what you think. Some students, like this because it gives them the freedom to think for themselves. Other students do not like it because it is not clear what is right or wrong.
College Infra
The classrooms at FLAME are really nice. They have air conditioning, which is a big deal when it is hot in Pune. The seminar halls and lecture theatres are set up so that people can talk to each other. You do not just sit in rows. Look at a blackboard the way the rooms are set up makes you want to talk to each other.
The library at FLAME is one of the ones that you will find at a private university like FLAME. It is quiet. They have a lot of books and you can use computers to read journals and other things.
We really like sitting in peace in the library.
Campus Life
When most of your friends live, eat, study, argue and hang out in the place a special kind of closeness grows that other colleges can't match. You get to know people well sometimes too well. Your friends aren't from your classes or year. You make friends with people from subjects, cultures and backgrounds that you might not have met otherwise.
The hostels are cozy. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Whats more important is that the shared spaces become the center of campus life. You have late-night talks in the corridors spontaneous hangouts, in your rooms and meals that go on for hours. This is where a lot of growing and learning happens.
Placements
The packages that students get at FLAME are okay I mean they are decent for an university that focuses on liberal arts. If you compare them to the top management schools they are not that great. Some students at FLAME get good jobs at good companies but some students have a tough time. This usually happens to students who do not try hard enough or who do not have good grades.
The difference between the not so good packages is big. This is the truth. At FLAME what you get is based on what you can do as a person.
Value For Money
When you look at a college that charges a lot of money for a regular BBA or BA program the classrooms are usually very crowded and the teachers do not really care. Flame is different. The things you get at FLAMES like the campus and the professors and the people you meet are actually real. You can see them. FLAMEs fees do not seem bad when you think about all these things. The campus, at FLAME is a place to learn and the professors are good teachers. The people you meet at FLAME your fellow students, are also a plus. All these things make FLAMEs fees seem okay
