72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Electronics and Communication Engineering shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned course offered by Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida.
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate should have passed M.E. / M.Tech / Degree in Electronics & Communication Engg./ Electronics Engg./ Electrical Engg./ EEE or equivalent or M.Sc. Electronics) from any recognized university/ college with minimum 55% aggregate marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ OBC Non-creamy layer / Differently – abled / EWS) or its equivalent grade.
