The university has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. 12 boys’ hostels with 3271 single occupancy capacity. Hostels are generally equipped with many facilities like internet, common rooms, separate T.V., visitor's rooms, play courts table tennis, reading rooms, first aid facility, indoor games facility, gymnasium, badminton court, volleyball court, basketball court, etc. Each room in the hostel is provided with an internet connection.
The university has a girls' hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. 6 girls’ hostels with 1623 single occupancy capacity. Hostels are generally equipped with many facilities like internet, common rooms, separate T.V., visitor's rooms, play courts table tennis, reading rooms, first aid facility, indoor games facility, gymnasium, badminton court, volleyball court, basketball court, etc. Each room in the hostel is provided with an internet connection.
The university has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. The multifarious medical needs of the Campus residents including students, faculty, staff members, and their dependents are met by the University Dispensary. University Health Care Centre has a dispensary with doctors and nurses, an in-house ambulance facility, and free medication for all students. It provides all first-aid medicines, physiotherapy, nebulization, ECG, pulse oximeter, blood sugar check-up, oxygen cylinder facility, wheelchair, and 24-hour emergency ambulance services. The Centre has a tie-up with Yatharth Wellness Hospital, Greater Noida. Along with Health Care Centre, there is Clinical Psychology Laboratory that offers OPD services, e.g., Mental Health Clinic, Child and Adolescent Clinic, Neuro-psychological Clinic, Mental Retardation and Development Pathology Clinic, De-addiction Clinic, and Psychosexual Clinic on specific week-days. In addition to the above, a Medical University with a 500-bed capacity is located in the vicinity of Gautam Buddha University. Additionally, University organizes annual free health check-up camps, yoga camps, and voluntary blood donation camps in association with Red Cross Society and Rotary Blood Bank along with providing health education for visiting patients in dispensaries by medical professionals.

Bodhisattva Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Pustakalaya (Central Library) is situated at the center of the Gautam Buddha University Campus, which symbolizes the Crown of Buddha and the Eight Paths of Learning in Buddhist Tradition and Practices. The library building is a structural marvel designed with inspirational inputs from the Buddhist Traditions of Learning. It is the tallest building on the campus and is a mark of tribute to the Buddha. The library is spread over approx. 1.78 lacs sqft. having five stories, which support the University’s mission to contribute to society through its pursuit of education, learning, and research at the highest levels of excellence. It is the soul of the academic and research activities of the University. It has huge volumes of books and e-journals which cover the disciplines of Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Biotechnology, Humanities, Social Sciences, Buddhist Studies, and other related areas. The library is well-equipped with modern facilities, spacious stack halls, a 2000-seating capacity reading hall, reference sections, a catalog area, and multiple self-supporting loaning counters, and is managed by professionals. The Eklavya Sports Complex of the University spreads over 50 acres approx. with an indoor and outdoor stadium of global standards, equipped with state-of-the-art sports facilities is getting ready to shape the health and sports aspirations of the students. The Central Computer Center is a central facility that caters to the computing needs of faculties, staff, and students. The facility operates 24 X 7 rounds of the year. CCC is serving as the hub for computer-related services on the campus. The computer center is well equipped with advanced computers along with all the necessary peripherals as well as requisite software. The Central Computer Centre has its own power backup. Linux/Windows desktops are provided in all classrooms of different school labs for conducting E-learning and interactive lab sessions during classes. The CCC network backbone is on Fibre Optic, which connects the computer center, Schools of Learning, and administrative offices. The access network is a structured UTP network using 10/100 Mbps switches. University has 1Gbps bandwidth for Internet connectivity from National Knowledge Network (NKN).
The university has a canteen facility for staff and students. University is equipped with a Cafeteria operational in different School buildings.
Nine auditoriums with AV facilities. The sitting capacities of these are – 150, 50, 300, 300, 1550, 415, 220, 108, and 94. The last five of these are with sound systems and lighting to support any cultural functions.

The campus is big, calm, and well-laid-out and located far from the noisy city. The academic blocks are roomy, and the greenery is fresh and well-kept.Hostels are equipped with good facilities Wi-Fi available throughout the day, clean rooms, study areas, indoor games, and a common lounge with TV. The sports complex is also very good.

The university is spread across a large green area with modern academic blocks, smart classrooms, fully equipped laboratories, and a well-stocked central library. The sports complex, meditation centre, and peaceful environment make the campus ideal for both study and personal growth. Overall, the infrastructure truly supports holistic learning.
College infrastructure is very good,it is spreaded in large area. It's building are very attractive and have many beautiful architecture in the college campuse.There is sarovar in the middle of the college which makes it more beautiful.
