24 MonthsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) is a two-year full-time course postgraduate approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) offered by Girijananda Chowdhury University.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree from an Indian/Foreign University (recognized by UGC/AIU), securing not less than 50% in Major subject or in aggregate of the total marks for General category candidates and not less than 45% in major or in aggregate of the total marks for SC/ST/OBC/other reserved category candidates.
Candidates, who will be appearing in the degree final examination of 2022 can apply for admission subject to the condition that -
(a) A candidate must have passed the 2nd year Degree examination (10+2+3 pattern) held after two years of admission into the degree course, without any backlog and with at least 50% marks in major or aggregate.
(b) The degree results must be submitted by 1st week of November.
Admission Details
• Admission Criteria: To get admission into the MBA program, the candidate has to qualify in one of the following Examinations:
(a) CAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT followed by GD & PI.
(b) GCU selection Test for MBA.
• Reservation Policy: Assam Government reservation policy for admission will be followed for MBA admission at GCU.
• Counseling for Admission: Candidates, who have valid CAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT scorecards, must appear for GD and Pl on as per the date advertised in the GCU website. For further information, aspiring students are advised to contact the Department of Business Administration.

The infrastructure of girijananda Chowdhury university is quite good it has WiFi facility for students and there is a big canteen where food are very affordable for us and there is also a library available
