About HPTU Hamirpur
The university came into existence in 2010 through the State Government Act. It is a public university. Its university campus stretches over 2 acres of land. Himachal Pradesh Technical University is a National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) accredited institution. The university is also recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The mission and vision of Himachal Pradesh Technical University are in line with promoting research-based technical education for global understanding and national development.
HPTU Hamirpur offers a wide range of courses, including B.Tech, B.Pharma, B.Sc., B.H.M., M.Tech, M.Pharma, M.B.A., M.C.A., M.Sc., and PhD. The infrastructure is good but not too good. now buildings are being built and all new departments are being built. the location of the college is very beautiful. the hostel is also good is very good.

College Infrastructure
Facilities and infrastructure of the college were amazing. the faculty in Mason canteen was average sports and games facility were good facility in hostel was also very good there where washing machine for students, and also there was no issue of electricity at all.
Good academics; scenic campus; needs better placements.
