Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics / Mathematics / Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics / Information Technology / Biology / Informatics Practices / Biotechnology / Technical Vocational subject / Agriculture / Engineering Graphics / Business Studies / Entrepreneurship. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR
Passed min. 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Lateral Entry:-

Passed Minimum three years / two years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in any branch of Engineering and Technology. OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject. OR
Passed D. Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector. (The Universities will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc.,

Admission Details

The admission to the first 50% of the seats shall be made on the basis of merit/rank/score obtained in JEE (Main) of the corresponding year. The remaining 50% of seats will be filled up on the basis of merit of the Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (hereinafter referred to as HPCET) of the corresponding year.
In case the seats remain vacant after exhausting the merit of JEE(Main) and HPCET, the remaining seats will be filled up on the basis of merit of the 10+2 examination conducted by a recognized board or university.
The number of seats that remain vacant to be filled on the basis of each test/examination will be shifted and filled on the basis of the next text/examination in continuous order.

College Infrastructure

It is a good college with modern constructed building. The infrastructure is great. There is a big library and good laboratories . Classrooms are good and well furnished. Wi Fi is provided in our campus.
