In every classroom, they have smartboards, Air conditioners, we have basket ball court, badminton court. Clean environment, big auditorium, good cafeteria. In law building, we have moot court for practice.
The circulum is good in semester 1, They teach all the subjects like marketing, finance, organisation behaviour. Nature of faculty is good and helpful. In semester 2, they teach specialization course.
In our college, the average placement is 6 LPA- 7 LPA, only startup companies come to our college, no big companies come in our college. Overall decent placement happens in our college. For summer internship very few companies come.
My college have a decent infrastructure , almost 60% of the classrooms having smartboards . However the campus size is comparatively smaller than most Universities but it have a nice cafe and greenery enviornment .
Talking about the quality of study is also decent , they are trying their best to include all recent updates in the curriculum but some more advancements can still be expected , like in gthe study of AI
College is having an average placement of 6-7 lpa but almost 60% students are having a package of 5 or below , companis coming for placements are mostly startups hence disappointing students expectations and desires to join big corporate offices abd greater exposure .
10.5lakhs ( single specialisation )
the campus is very small , we were not even srerved freshers , it dont have boys hostel in campus and girls hostel occupancy is also very less , hence campus life is not so vibrant . sports spaces are also very compact and overcrowded
The infrastructure of the college is good. we have big auditorium, board room, library which has lots of management books, washroom for boys and girls in every floor, big classrooms with 4 air conditionor in single room.
we have a good curriculum where in first semester we have got the knowlegde of every domain like marketing, finance, oraganization behaviour. the quality of the teaching is also good but some teacher just read ppt which i dont feel good about it.
The placement is averange in this college where average package goes 5 to 6 LPA. In marketing domain only sales jobs comes which is not so good. mostly startup companies come to hier from this college.
The college infrastructure is well-developed and supports both academic and extracurricular activities effectively. The campus is spacious, clean, and properly maintained, creating a positive environment for students. Classrooms are large, well-ventilated, and equipped with projectors and smart boards that make learning more interactive and engaging. The laboratories are well-equipped with modern instruments and provide sufficient resources for practical sessions. The library is one of the best facilities on campus, offering a wide collection of textbooks, reference materials, journals, and digital resources, along with a peaceful reading space. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, which helps students with research and online learning. The college also provides good sports facilities, including a playground and indoor game areas, encouraging physical fitness and participation in competitions. Hostel facilities are satisfactory, with clean rooms, proper security, and hygienic food in the mess. The canteen offers a variety of affordable food options. Overall, the infrastructure of the college plays an important role in enhancing the learning experience and ensures that students have access to all the necessary facilities required for their academic growth and overall development.
The academic environment at the college is structured and focused on delivering quality education through a well-defined curriculum that balances theory and practical learning. Professors and lecturers are knowledgeable and approachable, often going the extra mile to clarify doubts and provide additional guidance outside class hours. Regular assessments, assignments, quizzes, and projects help strengthen understanding and ensure consistent academic engagement. The syllabus is updated periodically to reflect industry trends and technological advancements, which prepares students well for competitive exams and professional careers. Laboratories and practical sessions are integrated effectively into the coursework, enabling students to apply theoretical concepts in real-world scenarios. The college organizes workshops, guest lectures, seminars, and industrial visits that broaden students’ perspectives and enhance learning beyond textbooks. Academic support systems such as mentoring, remedial classes, and academic counseling are available to help students who need extra assistance. The college also emphasizes research, collaboration, and innovation by encouraging student participation in paper publications and technical events. Overall, the academic standards are commendable, with a strong focus on student learning outcomes, consistent performance evaluation, and continuous improvement in teaching quality, ensuring that students are well-prepared for both higher education and professional careers upon graduation.
The placement scenario at the college is quite encouraging, with a dedicated placement cell that actively works to connect students with reputable companies and organizations. The placement cell conducts regular training sessions, mock interviews, group discussions, resume workshops, and soft skills programs to prepare students effectively for recruitment processes. Every year, a range of companies from various sectors visit the campus for recruitment drives, offering positions in roles such as software development, marketing, finance, consulting, and more. The average package offered to students is competitive compared to other colleges in the region, and some top performers secure attractive CTC packages that reflect their skills and hard work. Internships are also facilitated by the placement team, helping students gain real-world work experience even before final placements. The support provided by faculty and placement coordinators during job preparation is commendable, as they guide students in identifying suitable opportunities and improving their professional profiles. While there is always room for growth in terms of increasing the number of high-profile recruiters and higher salary brackets, the overall record shows consistent efforts to improve placement outcomes year after year. Students generally feel well-supported in their transition from academics to professional life because of the structured and proactive placement framework at the college.
I think it's worth it like the environment you get and everything it's so good
Great
Great environment and infrastructure
The college infrastructure is really good . Classrooms are big and spacious , labs are well maintained and the library is very resourceful. other facilities like WIFI, sports and medical care are good that support student comfort. But, some upgrades could make it even better.
Academics are decent with helpful faculty and a good curriculum , but teaching methods can be improved to make it better. More focus on practical exposure, workshops and a modern learning techniques would make academics much stronger.
Placements are average with a few good companies visiting but most students end up with decent packages. The placement cell is supportive , yet more reputed firms and better training could really boost opportunities.
Value for money is fair as the facilities and education offered justify the fees to some extent. However, with the improvements in placements, exposure and academic support , I would feel the investment is more rewarding.
Campus life is decent with the events, feasts and some clubs to join , giving students chance to engage beyond studies. However, activities and facilities could be improve and could be better organized to create a more lively and good experience.
Facilities in the MBA campus are not that bad. Classrooms are smart-enabled and there's a decent library with management books and journals. Lab computers and internet speed, however, can certainly be improved average is the best they offer. Hostel facilities are average instead of being great, and mess food is average in taste and hygiene too.
The majority of teaching staff are experienced and friendly. The style of teaching has evolved in the past couple of years they now emphasize practical skills such as coding, Excel, business tools, and aptitude training and not merely theoretical concepts.
The university had some very high packages (around 30–40 LPA) in older batches, those were mostly one-off cases. Currently, the average package offered ranges between ₹5 LPA to ₹7 LPA, and the lowest goes around ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA. Deloitte, KPMG, Tech Mahindra, and NTT Data have turned up for recruitments. The ratio of internships is good at around 60% to 70%.
College has a well maintanined and modern infrastructure.the classrooms are spacious, equipped with smart boards and proper ventilation. The campus is wifi enabled and has clean drinking water facilities.
Academically the college is very good provides a lot of academic opportunities. The academic environment is focused and well- structured. Faculty members are supportive and knowledgeable, using traditional and modern teaching methods.
Placements are very good, a lot of companies come here to hire students the college offers good placements opportunities with regular visits from reputed companies. The placement cell is active and supportive
College is totally value for money
Campus life is outstanding, every other month there is a different activity in college
The library is well-equipped and modern, providing access to physical and digital educational material. Hostel fees, however, do seem a bit costly given the facilities offered. The mess food is decent, but not great it’s fine for day to day eating.
The teachers are strict and strict compared to most other private universities. To clear a subject, you need to achieve at least 30 out of 100 marks in examinations. The syllabus is regularly revised to match the latest industry standards.
Out of my batch, 85–90% students got placed, but the majority of placements were offered by startup companies and mid-sized businesses like IGT solutions, Airtel, Axis Bank , Zynext Consulting, and StratEdge Ventures.
The infrastructure is good and well maintained. AC and Wi-Fi facilities are provided in all academic blocks and hostels. Library is open till 9:00 PM on normal days and till 11:30 PM during exams, which is a big relief during end exams. Canteen rates are affordable, and food quality is average.
The curriculum is updated regularly and aligned with industry expectations, focusing on soft skills, presentations, case studies, and group work. The semester exams are moderately challenging, but manageable if you’ve followed the lectures.
Placement scenario for MBA at IILM is decent enough, especially for students with good academic performance and good communication skills. Nearly 90% of students got placed in my batch. The highest offer was around ₹14.5 LPA off campus and ₹10.2 LPA on campus.
The infrastructure at IILM Gurugram is top notch and well-equipped. Classrooms are air conditioned and equipped with smart boards and high-speed internet. The library is well equipped. Hostel facilities are also good with stay shared on a proper cleanliness basis.

Around 70–80% of the students in our batch got placed, mostly in marketing, finance, and HR roles. While the college claims 100% placement assistance, the actual final placements depend a lot on the student’s efforts and background.
