The infrastructure of the university is modern and advanced, with well-furnished lecture halls and a well-equipped library. The student crowd is good and balanced, and the overall atmosphere is healthy and interactive.

The students are satisfied with the teaching faculty, who are polite, educated, and accessible. They do not just help students with academics but also with hackathons, competitions, and project work. Guest lectures from industry professionals, startup founders, and entrepreneurs are a part of learning.

IILM placements are good, particularly for those students who become engaged with placement training and networking. The median package is between 6 LPA and 7 LPA, and the majority of students get placed during campus hiring.

The library is spacious and is packed with recent books and online resources. Classrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with smart boards, giving a comfortable and engaging learning space. Sports areas include basketball court and indoor games room.

Most of the faculty members possess professional experience, which enhances learning during case studies and project work. Although the learning is mostly participative, there is a lot of self-learning and presentation work. The curriculum is current, with industry-relevant subjects and electives.

The maximum package provided in the previous year was around 10 LPA, average was approximately 4.5 LPA, and minimum was as low as 2.5 LPA. It is advised that students also undertake internships and projects on their own.

The college offers all the amenities free of cost. Students' industry visits are organized free of cost, and lunch during the industry visit is also offered free of cost. Free Wi-Fi service is also available on campus, and there are also medical facilities for students as well as teachers.

The instructors are extremely supportive, nice, and well-qualified. The instructors provide clear explanations of concepts and tend to use real-life examples, and the classes become interactive in nature. Professors are nice and receptive to doubt both inside and outside of class.

The maximum package that was given was 18 LPA, and the minimum that was given was around 3 LPA, and the average was approximately 5 LPA. All the students received internships, and almost all of them were paid. I got placed in Keyence corporation as HR executive.

The Wi-Fi is okay and the mobile network within classrooms is low. the classroom maintenance is good and there are numerous functional air conditioners in most of the classes. Food at the hostel is satisfactory.but the environment throughout the university is really made for study and peaceful.

The teachers are qualified and friendly. They are available for academic as well as personal issues, so it is a safe and friendly environment. They are experienced in the topics. The curriculum of the course is a bit relevant and does try to make the students ready for the industry, but the students have to develop their skills on their own along with the curriculum, as directed by the teachers.

Nearly 80%-90% students were placed during the last year. The rest of the students are going for higher studies, entrepreneurship, or government exams. Accenture is a leading recruitment agency and offers a salary package of around 14 LPA per year.

The college campus is modern and functional. There is Wi-Fi free for all the students and employees. The campus has strict entry policies students must produce their ID cards at the gate, which is good for safety as well as for discipline. It takes hygiene very seriously, and canteen food is cheap but good.

The curriculum for courses is industry-oriented, with modules of soft skills, domain knowledge, and experience. The students are also encouraged to pursue certification courses, acquire new tools, and gain technical as well as analytical skills along with the core subjects.

The facilities at IILM Gurugram are good and are properly maintained. The library is equipped with the latest material and has a good number of books related to business and management and online sources. There are a separate gym and physical fitness room for the residents of the hostel. The campus of the hostel is well maintained, and the mess food is clean and of good quality.

The curriculum has to be updated slightly to keep pace with today's industry trends, but the teachers make up for the lack through comprehensive case studies and projects based on real life. There is serious attendance monitoring

In IILM University Gurugram, the placement percentage for MBA students is usually around 65 %, depending on the specialization and performance of the students. The highest package in my time was around ₹18 LPA, which was placed by a student from the Marketing specialization in a top multinational company.

The classrooms are tidy and pre-equipped with projectors and standard AV installations, although all classrooms do not have smart-class technology. There is campus-wide Wi-Fi connectivity, and lab facilities for finance and data analytics-related courses are well-maintained. The hostel infrastructure is nice enough for simple student life, with common room sharing, periodic cleaning, and 24/7 security.

The IILM faculty members are mostly cooperative and academically competent. Some teachers arrive with business experience, that is, marketing and HR function, making learning in class real. Live case studies, guest lecturers, and project learning are promoted. Like any other school, though, some instructors still stick to textbook learning.

During the last placement season, almost 90% of the deserving candidates were placed. The highest package was almost ₹28 LPA for an international marketing position which was poached off-campus, while the lowest was almost ₹3.2 LPA. The median salary is ₹5-₹6 LPA, subject to specialization. The best hiring companies of the year were Byju's, ICICI Bank, Delhivery, Zomato, and Britannia.

Medical facilities are provided and active in emergency situations. Sports are promoted, but there's no separate sports complex on the main campus, so students generally play at open grounds or nearby facilities.We have Wi-Fi all over the campus, well-maintained smart classrooms, and separate laboratories for analytics, finance, and communication skill development.

Professors are mostly with corporate experience and keep the classes interactive with case studies and examples from reality. The teaching methods, though, are not the same: some are great in presentation and interaction, while others are more conventional and slide-oriented.

The IILM University has well-educated. Several professors have PhDs or MBAs from famous institutes, and others have corporate experience prior to joining the college in areas such as marketing, finance, HR, and analytics. Faculty members are normally available to support students and encourage interaction, especially if the students show initiative.

As many as 75–85% of the suitable students from the last batch were placed. The highest package stood at approximately 18–20 LPA, primarily from foreign recruiters or boutique consulting firms. The average package typically ranges from 5–6.5 LPA, and the lowest stood at around 3 LPA, which was usually by domestic startups or small companies.
