IARI New Delhi All Questions

ICAR is Indian council of agricultural research examination. It's an entrance examination for ug, pg and PhD course in agriculture universities and give scholarship also.

The total marks of this examination is 480 and time duration is 150 min. Last year ICAR score for general category 446, for obc category 439, for sc 366 and st 280. So if you are general category student then you know the more over 350 score is good for get any government agriculture college. So you have to study like this. But you are SC category student then target 250 then you will get easily admission in any college. But every year cutoff marks different then target quite high marks. It will be helpful for you after qualifying the examination.

IARI or Indian agriculture research institute is a government university. It was established in 1958. So if you want to get admission here you have to get good marks in examination not 250, you have to score above 300. I'll provide you a link below you can check it for more details about the college

The ICAR doesn't straightforwardly give undergraduate courses except for deemed universities. The UG courses are offered by different State Agricultural Universities and private schools or colleges that offer Agriculture courses. There are around 75 State Agricultural Universities, four considered agrarian colleges that offer farming as staff.

The courses you can choose after Bsc in Botany are:

• MSc Botany
• MSc biotechnology
• Msc Microbiology
• MSc horticulure

These are the courses whih you can choose if you have done undergraduation in botany. But you must check the eligibility of these courses in the college you are seeking admission.

ICAR is an ALL India Examination conducted in order to shortlist candidates for admission in various courses related to agricultural and allied science. The exam is conducted to fill 15% of seats in Bachelor's degree programmes. It gives admission to  undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes.

Indian Agriculture Research Institute, New Delhi, takes in Students for PG based on their Score in the Entrance Exam! You must have passed B.Sc., B.E., B.Tech. in the respective field. Then you'll have to attend the Entrance Exam which is a written test. Based on this merit list you'll be given Admission!

Yes IARI is going tio have entrance exam for PHD.Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi releases the notification of IARI Ph.D. Entrance Exam for admission into Ph.D. Programme online . Admission will be based on the marks obtained in the Entrance Examination.

For getting qualified in IARI entrance exam to get admission in plant breeding for PhD , a students need at least 50% marks 45% for SC/ ST/ PC.

Candidates must secure 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PC categories) in the qualifying exam. Appearing Candidates: Final year candidates can also apply.

It is difficult to say your chances since you haven't mentioned your caste.Admission dependa lot on that.Anyways considering general then your score will not fetch you a good college in BSc Agriculture since cut off at top universities remain above 400 score.Since your score is close to 400 so you should apply for the listed colleges.You may get chance as cutoff varies year to year.

• Central Agricultural University
• Vishwa Bharati
• High chances for NAGALAND UNIVERSITY

You will get easy chances if you are not from general since in that perspective you have a good score.
