For giving ICAR All India Entrance Examination for Admission(AIEEA) PG exam  those candidtes are eligible who have completed their degree from private universities/colleges accredited by the  ICAR.

So Yes it is true the graduation degree should be from colleges/universities those are accredited by the ICAR.

No, you cannot get direct admission into the institue.

There is an entrance exam held for the admission into PG courses- msc/mtech and on the basis of merit the admissions are granted to students.

There are 26 disciplines which students can opt.
