The Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) is an intensive one-year residential program of IIM Indore. EPGP is specially designed for experienced professionals to enhance their knowledge, skills, and capabilities essential for managing and leading organizations. The programme combines skill building with the exploration of good management practices. This intensive one-year program helps participants gain the knowledge and skills required to excel in today’s fast-changing corporate environment. The programme has been accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) London (UK) in the year 2016. Apart from the AMBA accreditation, IIM Indore has been accorded by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), and US-based Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). This triple crown combination of accreditations is held by less than one percent of business schools in the world, granted by the largest and most influential business school accreditation agencies. In the EPGP programme, apart from the comprehensive functional core module, there are elective courses aligned with the industry concentration identified for the programme such as analytics, BFSI, e-Commerce, marketing, operations & strategy, etc. The program carefully knits together all aspects of business and general management concepts, management philosophies, and varied academic theories. The curriculum of EPGP is a prudent mix of participant centric case-based learning, international immersion program, analytics workshops, industry consulting module, and guest lectures.

The EPGP is structured to prepare executives for transformational leadership positions. During the intense one-year programme, they will work towards developing a deeper understanding of various facets of management and hone their managerial skills. The programme is spread over five academic terms in IIM Indore campus and one International Immersion module at one of the top-ranking international university. The first three terms (mostly composed of core courses) focus on laying the foundation for the specialisation through a bundle of electives offered in the other terms. An international module provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of the global business environment and an ability to operate in a multicultural environment. The last two terms are mostly electives and other experiential learning.

Programme Structure:

EPGP consists of six segments, which are:

Core Curriculum
Industry Consulting Module
International Immersion
Advanced Analytics Workshop
Elective courses
Simulation based learning

The EPGP is designed keeping in mind the following value propositions:

The courses should leverage the experience of the participants.
The courses should be aligned with the industry concentrations identified for EPGP.
The core courses should provide a general management perspective at an elevated pitch compared to the PGP program.

Note: Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) programme is open to all nationalities.

Indian Nationals: INR 20,00,000.00 + Applicable Tax
Foreign Nationals: US $49,950 + Applicable Tax

Eligibility Criteria

The programme is open to all nationalities, however, the Candidate must have –

Educational Qualification
- 50% in four-year Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline).
  OR
- 50% in three-year Bachelor’s Degree with 50% in Master’s Degree (in any discipline).
  OR
- 50% in Five-year Integrated Programme / other programmes of similar duration (in any discipline).
A valid GMAT score- The GMAT score should be within 5 years from the date of the application deadline date i.e. October 31, 2022. Hence the GMAT test date should be between November 01, 2017 to October 31, 2022.
Minimum 5 years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience after graduation as on the application deadline date i.e. October 31, 2022.

Note:

Mention only full-time paid work experience after obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree.
Do not include training/project work done as an integral part of any curricular requirement.
Minimum years of experience should be 5 years on the application deadline date i.e. December 24, 2020.

Admission Details

Short-listing of candidates for the interview will be done on the basis of GMAT score and/or any other criteria as decided by the EPGP Admission Committee for that academic year.

Shortlisted candidates shall appear for the Personal Interview (PI). IIM Indore also expects a consistent and minimum performance in the different parameters of Personal Interview (PI), which will be decided by the EPGP Admissions Committee. Candidates not meeting the minimum performance in any of PI parameters will not be considered for the next stage of the selection process.

Only the candidates satisfying the requirements mentioned above will be considered for the final selection. The merit list will be generated based on Composite Score (CS) as mentioned in Table – 1 and the provisional admission offers will be made.

The final selection will be based on the requirements of the programme. All matters pertaining to admission into the EPGP at IIM Indore is governed by the decisions taken by the EPGP Admission Committee.
