IIFM Bhopal Admission Process

The institute offers admission to postgraduate and doctoral-level courses. Candidates seeking admission at the Indian Institute of Forest Management are done based on the student's performance in the national-level entrance exams. Students meeting the eligibility can apply for admission to IIFM Bhopal courses. Click on 'Admission open'.
Candidates have to register with the basic details to generate login credentials.
Fill the IIFM Bhopal application form.
Upload the requisite documents.
Pay the application fee of Rs. 1000 for GEN/OBC/EWS category and Rs. 500 for ST/SC.
Submit the Indian Institute of Forest Management application form.

IIFM Bhopal PGD Admissions 2024

Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal offers two postgraduate courses. IIFM Bhopal courses at the PG level include PGDSM and PGDFM. IIFM Bhopal PGD eligibility criteria is that candidates should have passed a bachelor's degree with an aggregate of 50% marks from a recognised university.

IIFM Bhopal Admission Process: PGDSM/PGDFM

First, candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria for admission to PGDSM and PGDFM courses.
Candidates have to secure valid scores in national-level entrance exams such as CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT.
IIFM Bhopal will use the above-mentioned entrance exam scores for shortlisting candidates.
Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the WAT/Personal Interviews which will be conducted through Offline mode in the following centres viz: Bhopal, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Chennai.
Candidates based on their performance in the entrance exam and WAT/PI will be selected for admission.
Candidates are advised to pay the IIFM admission fee to get the seats reserved.

Following that, candidates are advised to acquire minimum marks in the above exams.
Candidates qualifying the entrance exam will be called for a presentation and personal interview as per the criteria decided by IIFM.

There are two courses named PGDFM AND PGDSM, students can opt anyone of them based on there interest. in pgfm one have to study all general management subjects along with the forest management related subjects for example management accounting, finance, HR etc. in classroom professor teach through theoretical and case study of Harvard university for real time case based application. every month collage conduct 2 open learning day for innovative and practical experience.

CAT or GMAT which one is tougher?

Dear aspirant !

Hope you are doing good !

The overall difficulty level of the CAT is comparatively higher than GMAT because CAT's syllabus pattern is not well defined. Therefore, you need more preparation time for CAT when conversely it is possible to score 700+ on the GMAT with just a few days of dedicated preparation.

Generally admissions are given based on your rank. So based on your overall percentile in JEE your rank could be between 56470 - 63480 approximately.

Unfortunately, Based on the marks you scored, it will be difficult to get admitted into NIT Trichy under OBC category. However there is also a second chance for you to attend for JEE, so I recommend you to take that chance and score better.
