Students can apply through more than 1 mode and aptitude test is only for those who are applying through SCB as a maximum of 50% of the seats will be filled through KVPY and JEE channels. Remaining seats will be filled through the SCB channel based on the merit in

What's IISER?Is it good option if I am unable to get admission in any top state level engineering college?

Indian institute of science education and research. Its for science only like bsc , MSc. Not for engineering. It take admission through jee adv , kvpy, and its own entrance. For appearing in its entrance cutoff for CBSE this year is 90%. Its very good institution for science.

However it was in its developing phase but still it was good. I enjoyed a lot natural beauty and greenery. Clean and AC classrooms. Lab facility was good and developing. Sports facilities was playing. Large campus ,there was too much to explore.
