IAR Gandhinagar Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

Institute of Advanced Research boys hostel facilities include bed, mattress, pillow, study table, chair, cupboard and provide comfortable accommodation to the outstation students. Both AC and non AC rooms are available. The hostels are enabled with wi-fi. Mess facility is also there, where vegetarian food is served. 

The hostel rooms are well-ventilated and well-lit. IAR Gandhinagar girls hostels are equipped with all basic facilities like furniture, appliances, hot water facility in the bath, etc. Students can also access the wifi facility for academic purposes. Vegetarian meals are served in the hostel mess.

IAR Gandhinagar library facilities include textbooks, reference books, national and international journals, periodicals, newspapers, magazines, etc. The library also has computers, connected with the internet and photocopying, printing and scanning facilities.

The university provides both indoor and outdoor games like chess, carrom, badminton, volleyball, basketball, cricket, football, etc and encourages students to participate. The university also organises sports competitions, where prizes and medals are awarded to the winners. Cricket tournaments like Sabarmati Cup are organised by the students, where the university students and participants from nearby areas take part.
