Sending invites - The Placement Cell coordinates with the recruiting companies and then invitation along with other documents such as brochures for their reference is sent to the past and potential recruiters to conduct campus placement at MDSU and companies wanting to conduct campus placement accepts the invitation.
Revert by the Recruiters - Recruiters interested in conducting MDSU placement in return reverts back and fills in all the necessary information in the annexure and confirms their presence for placement drive.
Fixing a placement schedule and allocating slots - The Placement Cell then fixes dates with various recruiters upon mutual agreement and according to their availability and a placement schedule is fixed and after fixation of dates with the recruiters, slots are allocated to each recruiting company for visiting the campus for conducting the MDSU placement process.
Registration for participation in recruitment drive - Candidates interested for participation in the placement drive have to register for participating in the recruitment drive and submit the required documents that will be used during the recruitment process.
Shortlisting of the registered candidates - Based on the academic requirements as demanded by the companies (pre-hiring demands), candidates are shortlisted and only shortlisted candidates are eligible to attend the pre-placement talk conducted by the recruiters at Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer.
