In 2013, Nalanda Open University had basic infrastructure suitable for distance education. Facilities included a library and administrative offices, but classrooms were minimal and lacked modern amenities. Digital resources were scarce, needing improvement for better accessibility.

Admissions to an MA program in Delhi university is done through and entrance examination that is conducted by the university in the month of June, most probably in the first.
The entrance is conducted for 50% of the available seats as the other 50% are reserved for students of the university who are selected in merit basis for these seats.
Students can apply for the Delhi University PG Courses through online mode only.
