As per open university it has all the necessary facilities, big classroom with great ventilation, well structured infrastructure as well as they are providing accomodation for students who visits for exam.

Admissions to an MA program in Delhi university is done through and entrance examination that is conducted by the university in the month of June, most probably in the first.
The entrance is conducted for 50% of the available seats as the other 50% are reserved for students
