Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year (8 Semesters) full-time undergraduate program offered by National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh.

Computer Science & Engineering is a multidisciplinary branch of engineering which integrates several fields. The Department of Computer Science & Engineering was established right from the inception of the Institute in 2010. The Department offers a 4-year degree program (B. Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering with an annual intake of thirty (30) students. The department also runs Two Post Graduate (M. Tech) programme in Mobile Communication and Computing from 2013 and the other in Computer Science and Engineering from 2015 with an annual intake of 20 each. The department also started Ph. D Programme from 2012.

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum academic qualification for admission is "pass" in the qualifying examination (10+2 or its equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English, having secured pass marks based on Criteria defined by JoSAA in each subject.
The candidate must be in good mental and physical health and should satisfy the standard physical fitness criteria of the Institute (to be examined and certified by the Medical Officer of the Institute).

Admission Details

Admissions to the first semester of all Undergraduate courses are made on the basis of seats allocated by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) from the list of candidates selected by all India JEE (Main). Besides, a specified number of foreign nationals/NRIs selected under the policy laid down by Govt. of India, are admitted directly to the 1st year of the courses.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is overall average as before NIT Arunachal Pradesh didn't had any permanent campus it was present in a temporary campus in yupia, but now it has a permanent campus of around 300 acre out of which 100 acre is used for infrastructure development and buildings and the permanent campus is situated in jote that is very near to the capital of Arunachal Pradesh.

The infrastruture is decent well it misses the college thing many facilitites lack but the infrastructure is decent, by the way there si no proper gym only one ground where you play cricket and one football ground

College Infrastructure

At the moment, the college is working on the temporary campus at Yupia and expected to shift to permanent campus at JOTE by the next academic year. Though the campus is temporary, it has got all the required facilities like Wi-Fi connectivity, library, A/C conference hall, canteen, medical facilities, and decent classrooms. There are around 7 hostels for boys and girls around Yupia with Wi-Fi connectivity and mess. Around 12 buses were provided for the smooth transportation every day by the coll
