National Institute of Technology, Arunachal Pradesh offers MTech as a postgraduate programme. The duration of the M.Tech course is 2 years. NIT Arunachal Pradesh M.Tech eligibility criteria is that candidates should have passed B.Tech with at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% for OC/OBC and 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates.
