24 MonthsMaster of Business Administation (MBA) in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management is full time two years post graduate course offered by the NICMAR Universit, Pune.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with a regular bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Planning / Commerce / Finance / Banking / Management / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics from a recognized Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from the reserved category) at graduation level. Final-year-eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of the program.
Admission Details
CUET PG / MH-CET / CAT / MAT / ATMA will be considered as an alternative for PG-NCAT (Written Test) for MBA & PGD programs. Scores of GATE (AR / Civil) will be considered as an alternative to PG-NCAT (Written Test) for the M.Plan program. For candidates appearing in NCAT & other additional entrance exams (as mentioned above), the highest score among such exams will be considered for final merit.
