If you want to join for engineering you can appear for PCM only , if you are interested in doing Bsc or any biology involved courses you should attend PCB.If you have attended all PCMB exams, no worries you will get the separate ranks for engineering, Bsc agri, BVS(Bachelor of Veterinary science) and Bpharma respectively.

Dear aspirant,

A candidate's marks and rank in the entrance exam is the deciding criteria for admittance to the hostel facilities in Panjab University. The number of seats are limited and depend on the department to which they are allotted.

Hello,

As the marks scored by you in your NATA entrance examination is quite good and before all this counselling you can use the online rank predictor and check your rank for your work to become more easy and once you get your rank than you can compare it with colleges of your desire and get to know about your admission chances in that particular college and according to that you can also fill the colleges in your counselling round.

Thank you..

Hello Aspirant

As you have scored 78 marks in KCET 2021, you can expect a rank around 5000-7000. Usually the seats for BSc Forestry gets filled around 5000 in top colleges in first round of councelling. For other colleges, the cutoff is around 7000 till final round of councelling.
If you have any other reservations then it would be an added advantage for you. So you have good chances of getting BSc Forestry through KCET.

Hope this helps

Dear Mehak,

Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh allots hostels based on your ranks of entrance examination or percentage of previous paper( like 12th for bachelors). So, the reservation system is based on the ranks not on the first come first serve basis.

But, you can get hostels if they any vacant seat at the end of all the admission process.

Hope this helps.

Regards..
