To keep yourself in a safer zone, you must score at least 60% score in KCET (PCB). For one marks your rank may vary from 1.5K to 2k . So you have to score 130+ in the CET paper, If you are from general. If you have any other good reservation then may be you will get veterinary  government seat for around 100+ marks.

Congratulations for your good percentage in PUC. But for KCET 2021, your PUC marks are not considered for ranking. Your rank will be totally based upon your KCET marks.
As you have score 50 marks in KCET 2021, you can expect a rank around 40000 - 60000. This is a very low rank if you want to get into top colleges with top branches. To get a seat in top colleges, you should score more than 145 marks in KCET.

Hi aspirant, since you have got 63.8% in your entrance + 12 so on this percentile it is difficult to get into Panjab University, Chandigarh until you have or belong to any of the reserve creteria it it would be so than there may be chances that you may enroll yourself in the Panjab University, otherwise you can also use your JEE mains result if it is good enough that can.let you to get admission in the University.

Punjab University will conduct the counselling of PU LLB 2021 tentatively in July-August. The counselling of PU LLB will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates included in the merit list of PU LLB entrance exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling. The officials have not yet released the exact date for the start of the counselling. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The PU LLB 2021 counselling is conducted separately by each law centre of the university.

PU-CET (PG) is an entrance exam conducted by Panjab University, Chandigarh for admission to its various post-graduate courses. As you have mentioned that you have qualified the exam, congrats for that. Now, the next process will be counseling, during counseling process you will be allotted seat based on your rank and category and the availability of seats. The deadline to register for the entrance exam is June 13, 2020. The exam format is as follows:
