Well 348 seems a moderate marks but as the trend of cut off is increasing every year because of which getting a seat with 348 marks from OBC category seems with low possibility. But still I would recommend you to attend the counseling till the end to know more.

To he admission in SVU you need a rank below 100 to get admission as its one of the top universites, but you can admission in category B colleges in apicet, these colleges are also considered good.
