According to last year data , the cutoff of OC category for SVU region in andhra pradesh was 479 with closing rank of 30002 for admission into ACSR Government medical college , Nellore. And the cutoff for private colleges of this area was 436 with the closing rank of 37456 for admission into Apollo Institute of medical sciences and research , Chittoor. 

So , please check your corresponding NEET rank. Rest, it depends on cutoffs as it changes every year depending on no. of candidates , no. of seats , difficulty level , etc.
