The cut off depends upon category as well. As per you rank, if you are General category student, then you have less chances to get admission in Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. Although you may get admission in it's affiliated colleges. As per you rank, if you are OBC/SC/ST

The cut off depends upon category as well. You should have mentioned your category. A General category student must score more than 100 marks to get admission in JNTU or SVU. But there is no cut off marks for SC/ST category student. So if you are SC/ST category

Your rank is 12,359 according to which you might have score somewhere between 71-80 out of 200 according to which youare eligible for all Category D colleges. The SV university is a category A college so you are not eligible for this college.
