M. Tech IC Design and Technology at SRM University Chennai Offline Course

The Dual Degree Program in M. Tech IC Design and Technology is a unique international academic collaboration between SRM Institute of Science and Technology and National Sun Yat-sen University. Designed for students aspiring to build careers in the semiconductor and integrated circuit (IC) industry, this program provides advanced education, global research exposure, and international industry opportunities.

Students earn two master’s degrees through a 1+1 study model:

• Year 1: Study at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, India
• Year 2: Study at National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan

Upon successful completion, students receive:

• M. Tech in IC Design and Technology from SRMIST
• Master of Science in Integrated Circuit Design from NSYSU, Taiwan
