Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time Doctoral program and it is offered by the SRM University, Delhi-NCR, Sonepat. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.

This course duration varies from As per notification of 5th May 2016 Minimum duration for Ph.D. is 3 years including coursework and maximum of 6 years (full time/part-time).


Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have passed Master's and Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline from a UGC recognized University with 55% marks or Equivalent CGPA in aggregate.
  • However an applicant with M.Phil( Relevant Domain)/UGC/JRF/NET/SLET cleared in the relevant subject is exempted from Entrance test.

Wifi connectivity is poor. Overall experience is good. Teachers are supportive. Clean environment whether it's road or classroom or cooridors all are clean. Canteen is there for eating food and snacks.

Yes, University is equipped with all the basic amenities. Wi-Fi has good coverage all over the university. Smart boards were well maintained. Corridors and the whole university is well cleaned. Library had good collection of books.
