There is no restriction for mobile phone in Tamil Nadu Agriculture University Coimbatore. So you can take and use mobile phone in Tamil Nadu Agriculture University Hostels.

There are a total of 2052 seats available for students in the hostels. There are a total of 14 hostels available for the students. International Hostels are available for foreign students from Afghanistan, Kenya, Vietnam, Nepal and Bhutan.

The official dates for the conduct and admissions process of TNAU for the year 2020 are yet to be announced by the university.

The cutoff list provided below will be based on the previous year.  There were total 1225 govt. Seats, private seats-1708 and management seats-972.

In BC caste total reservation are 26.5% also seats available for this caste -164 seats and expected marks may lie in the range of 210-230.

Based on previous year trends, you would atleast need a cutoff of 188-190 to get BSc. Agriculture in government collges under TNAU.

Having said this, you have a higher probability of getting, Bsc horticulture, Agriculture information technology etc. You can also try through NRI/management quota if not through direct counselling.

For candidate belonging to SC/ST category they need to secure minimum 45%.

usually the cut off of tnau is quite high like it can go upto range 190 but as you belong to SC category so i think you can get admission in tnau with score of 153.

Firstly Congratulations for getting these marks.Although you have less chances to get Bsc.Agriculture at TNAU main campus coimbatore, you have a chance to get a seat in the affilated colleges as there are 15 constituent and 28 affiliated private colleges and can try for them!

Plus as you have an SC category reservation you can get a seat most probably and should try for affiliated private colleges.You may also get other courses like sericulture,horticulture if you try as admissions are taken on basis of merit.

looking at the previous year Cutoff for TNAU and Annamalai University, you have decent chances to get bsc Agriculture seat in these colleges. The rank list has been prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the students in their qualifying examination. The cut off marks for Tnau (Tamil Nadu Agriculture University) 2020 for admission to UG courses is around 199.5 . Similarly, the Cutoff for Annamalai University for previous year was around 194.

Presently, the necessity for agriculture has gone up. Clearing cut off for TNAU and getting a B.Sc Agriculture seat is very difficult. Getting a B.Sc agriculture seat in TNAU is as difficult as obtaining a promising medical college in India as every year its demand increases. The cut off will moreover rely on the category you belong to as the previous year the cut off was 198 for general and 195 for bc candidates. So, you need more than 190 scores for an agriculture seat. This year also the cut off will be approximately this much only.
