Over the years, the Cut Off for Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, has changed a lot! In 2019, the Cut Off was 188.5 for General Category and it obviously got low for OBC, SC and ST Student. So, if in that case, for your Cut Off of 183.3, you can get admission in TNAU!

You didn't mentioned the course you want to take. Here not all the courses have same eligibility criteria. All the courses have their own eligibility criteria. Yes, there are chances for you to get a seat in Tamil Nadu Anna University. But let me inform you that the counselling process for Tamil Nadu was over by the mid of October. Even the supplementary counselling is over. But if you are asking for future purpose then the answer is yes for now. We cannot predict the change in cutoff. Cutoff completely depends on the year's board statistics as well as other factors.

TNAU received nearly 50,000 applications this year for admission on 4,700 seats for 10 undergraduate courses offered by the university. As per Career360 report, the cut off score for TNAU 2020 for admission to UG courses is 199.5.

So, it is very difficult for you to get admission this year.

Hello,there are 361 seats in sports quota under the purview of TNAU in 2020.In government quota if a candidate needs to avail sports quota he is not considered under other quotas like category or EWS.For  private colleges if he wants to go through management quota depending on the institution some preference may be given.For instance if you want to get into a government/self financing colleges through TNAU counseling you can get through only sports quota.But if you approach the institution privately for management quota they may put you under other reservation matrix too.Best wishes.

It is a good rank, you could have got Anna University itself for this rank. If you did not get Anna University don't worry you will definitely get Anna University affiliated colleges. Incase if you have missed Anna University counselling then you can apply for supplementary counselling. Which is nothing but an additional counselling opportunity for those who did not attend the academic counselling.
