Eligibility Criteria
- At least 60% aggregate marks in the Master’s degree in Electronics Science /Electronics/Applied Eectronics/ Electronics and Communication/ Engineering Physics & Instrumentation/ Physics(with Electronics as one of the Subjects) / Radio physics/Radio Physics & Electronics.
- At least 60% aggregate marks in the B.E./ B.Tech., in Electronics, Instrumentation and Control Engg/ Electronics and Communication Engg/ Electronics and Control systems/ Electronics and Information Systems/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering/ Electronics Science and Engineering/ Electronics Technology/ Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Electronics Engg./ Instrumentation & Control Systems/ Instrumentation Technology.
- GATE Fellowship is extended to all candidates admitted to M.Tech (I.C technology) in regular mode.
- Valid GATE Score in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering / Physics. with Either.
Admission Details
- Admission will be as per the guidelines of CCMT (Centralized Counseling for M.Tech).
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview and the admission will be based on the performance in the interview according to merit. The eligibility criteria are same as regular mode except for GATE score.

College Infrastructure
Wi-Fi will be available around the campus. The Infrastructure of college is perfect. The labs look clean and neat. The largest library in our college. the Facilities of hostel are quite good. the quality of food available in the mess is good. Medical facilities are available 24/7.
