Eligibility Criteria

A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree of Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA) (Music) (Karnataka Vocal/ Instrumental) must have passed H.S.C./ XIIth Standard or an examination of another University/Body recognized as equivalent thereto in the respective branch in addition, knowledge and proficiency in Karnatak (Vocal/Instrumental) is essential with minimum of six years training under a Guru/Gurus. The candidates admission to the course will be subject to his/her passing an audition test and Personal interview to be conducted by the Head of the Institutions where the candidate seeks admission.
