Orissa School of Mining Engineering is situated in Kendujhar in Odisha. Established in 1956 It is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology. Admission to 3 year Diploma course is made through Diploma Entrance Test. The The admission dates for Diploma courses has not been released yet. there is nothing mention like distance course for Diploma in mining engineering in Orissa School of Mining Engineering.

Yes, you will be eligible to get a seat in the M. Tech mining branch in Osmania University, being a SC candidate. Since there is no cutoff trend for SC/ST candidates apart from General/OBC candidates, so according to your score in TSPGECET 2020, you will be easily getting an admission. There is no minimum marks to get eligible in the case of ST/SC candidates. But yes, in order to get qualified you must secure 45% in the qualifying examination according to your caste category.
