48 MonthsBachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mining Engineering is a four-year (8 semesters) full-time undergraduate program offered by the Department of Mining Engineering at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur.
Eligibility Criteria
A person, who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
Admission Details
UG program seats are filled by JEE qualified candidates through centralized admission process conducted by the committee constituted by Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD the centralized admission process was coordinated by NIT through JoSAA.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of college is very good.Hostels are also very good with LAN wire in each room for good internet.Labs and classroom are also very good updated with modern equipment .And there are good facilities for extracurricular activities.
