Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria

A Candidate seeking admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Telangana with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects, or any other examination recognized by the Osmania University as equivalent thereto. All the eligible applicants for admission into First Year shall have to qualify in the EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of Telangana. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the Entrance Examination keeping in view the rules in force regarding the reservations of seats of various categories of candidates. The candidates should satisfy the local/non-local status requirement as laid down in the AP Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order as amended from time to time.

Admission Details

Admissions under Convenor's Quota (70% of intake in each branch):

All the eligible applicants for admission into First Year shall have to qualify for the EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of AP. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the Entrance Examination keeping in view the rules in force regarding the reservations of seats of various categories of candidates.

Admissions for BE/BTech under B-Category (Management Quota) (15% Merit and 15% NRI/NRI Sponsor) Admissions under Management Quota (30% of intake in each branch):

30% of seats shall be filled on the basis of rank obtained in JEE mains, EAMCET and IPE or equivalent. For getting under this category, the student must secure not less than 50% in aggregate or in group subjects (Maths, Physics and Chemistry) in the 10+2 qualifying examination.

College Infrastructure

Total Campus has smart classrooms, dedicated labs for each branch, and a fully equipped computer center. The library is well-organized, providing access to a wide range of study materials and online resources. Students can use Wi-Fi across the campus, which makes learning smoother. There are also sports courts, an auditorium for events, and open green areas where students relax. The canteen serves decent food, and the hostels are safe with proper facilities.

College Infrastructure

Wi-Fi is not available throughout the college. Wi-Fi is not even available in classrooms. We have LAN in labs, that's it. The quality of food is decent. It's better to go to other private hostels nearby rather than the college hostel. Daily, the same routine food. Sports facilities are available and are supported

College Infrastructure

It's an old college with all the old infrastructure but it's good actually. Now our college is under construction, where they are building washrooms so hygiene will be good in our college in the future. Hostel food is average-just stable. We have a small clinic like thing in our college. Sports and games are supported and given importance.
