24 MonthsMaster of Architecture (M.Arch) in Urban and Regional Planning is a two-year full-time postgraduate course offered by Sarvajanik University, Surat, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The candidate shall have passed Bachelor of Architecture or B. Plan / B.E./B. Tech. (Civil Engineering) or Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design (Five five-year program) or Bachelor of Planning or Post Graduation in Geography or Economics or Sociology degree programs from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum CGPA of 5.0 on a 10-point scale OR with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for General category candidates and 45% aggregate marks for reserved categories candidates.
Students should have cleared the Common Entrance Test (CET) Exam conducted by ACPC with a minimum qualification of 50% marks.
