Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Urban and Regional Planning is a two-year full-time postgraduate course offered by Sarvajanik University, Surat, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).


Eligibility Criteria

The candidate shall have passed Bachelor of Architecture or B. Plan / B.E./B. Tech. (Civil Engineering) or Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design (Five five-year program) or Bachelor of Planning or Post Graduation in Geography or Economics or Sociology degree programs from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum CGPA of 5.0 on a 10-point scale OR with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for General category candidates and 45% aggregate marks for reserved categories candidates.


Admission Details

Students should have cleared the Common Entrance Test (CET) Exam conducted by ACPC with a minimum qualification of 50% marks.
