Decent college with basic facilities and opportunities
I studied at govt. Polytechnic ahmedabad and found the infrastructure to be decent but not very modern. The classrooms are functional and specious, but some areas need better maintenance, the computer labs are available and useful, although a few systems are outdated. The library is helpful for basic study needs. The campus is fairly large with some greenery, but overall facilities are average compared to private colleges.
The academic environment is average to good. Syllabus of the course i studied (Diploma in Computer Engineering) covers fundamentals, but it doesn't always keep up with the latest industry trends. Some faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, while others focus mainly on completing the syllabus. Students often need to rely on self-learnin to gain deeper practical knowledge and stay updated.
Placements at the college are average. A few local and mid-level companies visit for recruitment, but opportunities with top companies are limited. Students can secure basic job roles, but high salary packages are very uncommon.
This college offers good value for money, especially because it's a govt institution with affordable fees. Students can complete their diploma at a low cost while gaining fundamental technical knowledge.

College infrastructure is overall good like good seating arrangements recently got new benches in our department. And they also bought a big smart board which can be runned as Android and as pc also.

Placement is good many companies come in placement fair but i want to say that do degree before In third year of the course the college held the placment fair. the job Or do part time job with degree.
