Through hands-on projects and industry exposure, students develop practical skills essential for real-world applications. With state-of-the-art facilities and expert faculty, GGI prepares students for dynamic careers in the ever-evolving field of media and communication.
Our 6-semester curriculum combines theory with practical application, covering core subjects like News Reporting, Media Ethics, Multimedia Storytelling, and Media Law. Students develop a strong foundation in media practices through workshops, live projects and industry internships preparing them for real-world challenges in the field of journalism and mass communication.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the B.A. (Journalism & Mass Communication) program at Gulzar Group of Institutions require candidates to have completed their 10+2 examination from a recognized board. Candidates from any stream can apply. Additionally, those who have passed the Matriculation examination and completed a three-year Diploma in any trade from the Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training or equivalent are also eligible. Additional requirements, such as minimum qualifying marks or entrance exams, may apply.
