Jaipuria’s MBA equivalent PGDM program in Service Management exposes students to theories and practices of various functional areas of management in the context of service. The program focuses on creating and nurturing service-mindedness, service blueprint, and service operations. It further enables our students to take on any role in Service Industry.

The PGDM (Service Management) offers you with super specialization in the sector of your choice. You have the flexibility to choose a combination of 10 electives, 4 from the focused sectors along with the rest from a bouquet of electives.

Dual specialisation in any other functional area of management by choosing 4 electives, such as Marketing, HR, Information System, Finance Services and Operations Management.

Super specialisation in Service Management by choosing 6 electives.

Sector specialisation by opting for 3 out of the above 6 electives from any one of the following sector.

Eligibility Criteria

Admission process for Jaipuria Jaipur PGDM programme is open. The eligibility for admission is a minimum 50% marks in graduation from a University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities / AICTE and should have appeared in any one of the following management entrance exams: CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ XAT.

Admission Details

The selection to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management program is purely based on the cumulative performance in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT score followed by case based group discussion and Personal interview. Due weightage is given to past academic achievements and work experience respectively.

College Infrastructure

College provided every facility to the student. Our college infrastructure is also good. Its provide every facility to our students like libraries etc. The most important thing is whenever students unable to attend class due to some reason they provide one recording app like impart us were every lecture recorded which student use every time and any place. And the college is very clean and the cafeteria which provided food very hygiene and they provide every facilities to the student .
